Cancellation Policy
Clients who are late to their appointment will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price and treatment will not run later than their booked time.
Clients who cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price.
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price.
Late cancellation and no-show clients will be restricted from future bookings until the missed appointment is paid for.
